How Rayxpad works
What each part does, and what it doesn't.
Launching
Sign in with your wallet, verify the X account you're launching as,. Launching is free: Rayxpad pays the rent and the private bundle. Rayxpad's platform wallet then creates the token on Raydium LaunchLab under Rayxpad's own platform, with no initial buy and no pre-allocation, so nobody, including the creator and Rayxpad, receives tokens at creation.
Vanity mints
Every Rayxpad mint address ends in ray (case-sensitive). Addresses are pre-generated, stored encrypted until a launch uses one, and wiped once used. The RAY Mint badge appears only on a confirmed token whose mint actually ends in the suffix. It marks where the token was created; it is not a safety endorsement.
Creator fees that vest
Creators earn a share of their coin's trading fees, and it vests: 10% at launch, 25% at graduation, 20% at 250 holders from day 3, 20% at 500 holders from day 7, 25% at 1,000 holders from day 14. Holder milestones must hold for 24 hours, with the market cap at or above 50% of its graduation level for as long. Any wallet holding the coin counts, except the creator's and wallets it funded; wallet farms (many holders funded by, or sent tokens from, the same wallet) count as one. A tranche not reached within 7 days of its date is forfeited. Payouts go to the wallet that launched the coin. Holder counts and the market cap are checked every 10 minutes, leaving out the curve, the pool, the burn vault and Rayxpad's own wallet; funding and token-account history is looked up on-chain to spot farms. Once a tranche unlocks it stays unlocked, even if holders or price fall later. Coins launched before creator fees went live don't earn a creator share; their fees fund buybacks.
Buybacks
Trading fees Rayxpad receives buy the token from its market. The tokens bought are burned or locked forever, on the bonding curve and after graduation. This returns fee activity to the token; it does not guarantee any price or protect against losses. The indexer reads every trade's on-chain event, so each token's fees are attributed exactly. Every cycle appears in the Burn Center with links to its transactions; a cycle still in progress is shown as exactly that.
Copycat checks
Tickers are compared after folding case, spacing, lookalike letters and leetspeak. Names can't be copies with words like "official" or "2.0" added. Images can't be resized or recolored copies. Tickers already trading elsewhere with significant liquidity are refused. These checks reduce impersonation; they can't rule it out.
Early buyers
The create is sent as a private bundle with no other transactions in it, designed to prevent mint publication before creation confirms. LaunchLab has no on-chain trading delay or sniper tax, so once a token exists anyone can trade it. Rayxpad flags buys in the first few slots and shows how much supply those wallets still hold, rather than claiming to prevent them.
Graduation
When the curve's raise reaches its target, it graduates: Raydium migrates liquidity to a CPMM pool (100% of LP locked forever (Raydium Burn & Earn)), so graduation liquidity can't be pulled.
Tokenized stocks carry the risks of the underlying asset and their issuers' terms (xStocks and PreStocks aren't available to US persons).
